Foster hits 22, San Francisco tops Pepperdine for 20th win

MALIBU, Calif. -- Chase Foster matched his career high with 22 points and San Francisco ended the regular season with 20 wins after a 76-65 defeat of short-handed Pepperdine on Saturday.

Foster dropped in four 3-pointers and the Dons (20-11, 10-8 West Coast Conference) were 13-for-29 shooting from 3-point range. Charles Minlend scored 16 as did Frankie Ferrari, which matched his career high. Ferrari added five rebounds and five assists. Minlend grabbed eight boards.

Lamond Murray Jr. scored 31 points to lead Pepperdine (9-21, 5-13). It was his fifth career 30-point game and came on 11-for-25 shooting.
