The Penn State Nittany Lions posted a respectable seven-win campaign in 2015, but that's not good enough for Penn State. The Nittany Lions are dreaming of bigger things in 2016, and the play of star RB Saquon Barkley will be a major factor in that.
Penn State wants to return to the top of the Big Ten and at the top of the college football world. Luckily for them, they have arguably the best RB in the Big Ten to carry the offense. As just a true freshman last year, Barkley racked up over a 1,000 yards and seven TDs on 182 carries. With Penn State's offensive line improving and another year of development, Barkley should be even better in 2016.
