Bill Connelly of SB Nation recently took a good look at Penn State's strengths and question marks going into the 2016 season in a piece that aptly addressed the Nittany Lions' "upside" and "anxiety." Connelly came away believing Penn State's oft-criticized offensive line improved definitely in 2015 and wondered why James Franklin's coaching ability has been questioned.
