One of the perks that goes with winning the Stanley Cup is a nomination for “best team” at ESPN’s annual ESPY sports awards, and the Penguins aren’t pulling any punches in trying to win that title, too.
In a Twitter post Tuesday, the team encouraged followers to vote for the NHL’s repeat champions to win over the NFL’s Super Bowl-winning New England Patriots, among others.
