Tigers have no problem with Dons

STOCKTON — Janie Feldsher knows how to set the tone.

The Pacific junior had three kills in the first seven points Saturday for the Tigers, who never trailed and earned their third consecutive sweep with a 25-12, 25-17, 25-13 win over USF on Saturday at Spanos Center.

“That is such an important part of the game to come out fast and strong,” Feldsher said. “We do that at practice every day — we come out and immediately start playing really fast.”

Pacific (13-9, 7-3 West Coast Conference) maintained its attack throughout the match. The Tigers had doubled the Dons (4-19, 0-10) in kills, 40-20, midway through the third game with the final tally 45-25.
