OTTAWA - The Senators have been forced to bring in reinforcements for the Battle of Ontario Saturday night.
As they prepare to face the Toronto Maple Leafs on Hockey Day in Canada at the Canadian Tire Centre, the Senators recalled Ryan Dzingel and Nick Paul from their AHL affiliate in Binghamton.
Whether Dzingel and Paul, who would be making his NHL debut, both play will depend on the status of centre Kyle Turris. He has missed six games with an undisclosed injury that has been bothering him since December and isn’t certain if he’ll be ready to suit up.
