OTTAWA, Ontario -- Curtis Lazar had the first two-goal game of his career, Erik Karlsson had four assists and the Ottawa Senators embarrassed the Toronto Maple Leafs 6-1 on Saturday night to end a three-game skid.
Lazar's second goal came 2:27 into the third period and gave Ottawa a 6-0 lead.
Zack Smith, Mika Zibanejad, Bobby Ryan and Mark Stone also scored for the Senators, and Craig Anderson made 26 saves.
Pierre-Alexandre Parenteau scored 3:25 into the third for Toronto.
