The Beavers softball team won their second consecutive conference series this weekend against the Cardinal. After taking the first two games in the series, the Beavers dropped the finale in an extra inning. This was the fourth series win in a row against Stanford. Next they head down I-5 for the Civil War series against the #6 team in the nation which is scheduled to air on the Pac-12 Network starting on Friday at 6 PM PT.

Beaver pitcher, Taylor Cotton, tossed a gem Friday to shut out the Cardinal en route to a 6-0 win.
