CORVALLIS, Ore. – Joey Petschl (pronounced pet-chull), who was an assistant coach at Saint Martin’s University the past two seasons, will join the Oregon State men’s basketball program as the director of player personnel, Beaver head coach Wayne Tinkle announced Thursday.
“I’m excited to bring Joey on our staff,” Tinkle said. “He was with us for six years at Montana and part of three championships so he knows what it takes to get it done. He’s a loyal worker and will be a tremendous asset, not only to our program but also to Oregon State University.
