The Oregon high school football class of 2018 is loaded with more four-star prospects than any other time in state history, which has placed increased emphasis on in-state recruiting for both the Oregon State Beavers and Oregon Ducks.
However, so far neither program has landed a marquee in-state commitment, as Tigard athlete Braden Lenzy committed to Notre Dame and Jesuit athlete Trey Lowe and Wilsonville defensive lineman Draco Bynum chose Washington.
That could soon change, as Lake Oswego four-star offensive lineman Dawson Jaramillo released a top five Monday afternoon that included both in-state schools:
