Portland, Ore. – Sophomores Venessa D’Arpino and Jasmin McKenzie won their events and the Oregon State track and field team set nine career top-10 marks on Thursday at the Portland Indoor Invitational on Thursday.
D’Arpino won the 400 in 56.92; McKenzie captured the long jump in 18-3.25. They helped lead the Beavers to wins over Portland (153-112) and Seattle (161-121) and to a 145-145 tie with Portland State in dual-meet competition.
Holly Cavalluzzo (mile), Lucinda Howard (triple jump, long jump), and Devin Collins (60 hurdles) placed second in their events.
