LOS ANGELES – The 42nd-ranked Oregon men’s tennis team earned a 5-2 road win Friday afternoon over Loyola Marymount at the LMU Tennis Center.
HOW IT HAPPENED: In doubles, Cormac Clissold and Thomas Laurent won their fourth straight match as they won 6-3 over Lukas Moenter and Luke Bohuslav. The Lions (0-3) then picked up a win at No. 2 as Errol Smith and Joat Farah won 6-3 over Daan Maasland and Simon Stevens. The Ducks (9-1) then clinched the point as 36th-ranked duo Jayson Amos and Armando Soemarno downed Charles Boyce and Cristobal Rivera 6-3 at the top spot.
