Unlike the battle over Civic Stadium, many people are excited about a new stadium being built. Howe Field is one of the last facilities that hasn't had the Oregon remodel. Hopefully the new facility will have a bathroom and unobstructed views of the field.
Tolman has come up big for the Ducks this season. On Tuesday against Oregon State Tolman had a double in the eighth inning that sparked Oregon's come from behind victory. In April, Tolman was benched and the Ducks record fell to 22-17. Oregon has come back to life and can boost their postseason chances by beating the visiting UCLA Bruins.
