Ducks Use Five Homers to Bash Bears

EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon slugged five home runs and the No. 2 Ducks defeated No. 18 California, 9-0, on Saturday in five innings in the second game of the series at Howe Field.  

The Ducks improved to 43-5 (18-2 Pac-12) with their 13th straight win and clinched the series with the Golden Bears. Cal dropped to 35-15 (7-13) with the loss.

Oregon is now 16-5 against top-25 foes this season and has won 10 straight against ranked opponents.  

Scoring Summary: Hailey Decker put the Ducks on the board in the first inning for the second straight game.
