The Oregon women’s golf team will travel to San Antonio, Texas, and play in the NCAA Regional at Briggs Ranch Golf Club this week, starting on Thursday, May 7 running through Saturday, May 9 with tee times starting at 7:30 a.m. (CT) each day.
With this being the program’s eighth-straight year qualifying for regionals, head coach Ria Scott and the Ducks will be attempting to finish in the top six in the field of 18 and punch their ticket to the NCAA Championships at the Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Fla. Under Scott’s direction, UO has made the NCAA Championships twice as a team (2010 and 2013) and in total the program has made it on eight occasions.
