After five years, Phil Forte’s Bedlam career is finally over.
The Oklahoma State men’s basketball team defeated Oklahoma 96-92 on Saturday night in Gallagher-Iba Arena, and it was the last time a Bedlam game will be played with Forte on OSU’s roster, barring the teams meeting in the postseason.
"Fantastic career,” OU coach Lon Kruger said. “If he wasn't on the other team, he would be a guy, not that I don't cheer for him, but he has everything you want from a fan's perspective and a coach's perspective. All the intangibles and a terrific young guy and a great competitor.
