Last week NFL.com writer Marc ‘Quiet Storm’ Sessler ranked all 32 backfields in the NFL and many Cowboys’ fans were taken aback at how far down Dallas’ running backs were on this list. In fact, take a moment to read Cover32.com’s own Tim Weaver making the point that the Cowboys running attack shouldn’t be so easily discarded even with the departure of the NFL’s 2014 rushing champion.
Keeping in mind that Mr. Sessler has a track record of being down on the ‘Boys in Big D (see 50 words/phrases describing the Dallas defense after the 2014 San Diego preseason game), the realist in me found it hard to disagree with him.
