CBS college football studio analyst Rick Neuheisel, a former Colorado and UCLA coach, took part in a conference call Thursday afternoon to preview CBS' college football season. Neuheisel talked about his visit to OU on Tuesday as well as picking the Sooners to return to the College Football Playoffs. For CBS, it will be Verne Lundquist's final season as voice of the SEC football package, before giving way to Brad Nessler as play-by-play announcer. Here are some of Neuheisel's comments:
What's your impression of the Sooners after your visit to Norman?
I was really impressed with Oklahoma.
