OU Trounces Oral Roberts

NORMAN—For one of the first times this season, things seem to come easy for Oklahoma on Wednesday night in the second half.

The Sooners knocked down shot after shot, moved the ball around the perimeter effortlessly and used their defense to create offense in a 92-66 win over Oral Roberts at Lloyd Noble Center.

Oklahoma controlled the game for the most part from the tip but turned up the pace in the second, scoring 35 points in the first 10 minutes of the half to put the game out of reach.

By the time Kameron McGusty's 3-pointer fell through midway through the half to put the Sooners up 78-51, starters Khadeem Lattin and Christian James were dancing on the bench, pointing and smiling at their teammates on the floor as they put the game away.
