Earlier today, a report surfaced regarding Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield. The report claimed that Mayfield, who has missed some of the Sooners’ recent player-led workouts, has “a rotator cuff injury with his throwing shoulder.”
That report is untrue, Oklahoma says.
The Sooners’ official Twitter account tweeted tonight that Mayfield just has “shoulder fatigue.”
There is some unfounded reporting. Baker Mayfield has shoulder fatigue.
