TORONTO – The duo of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook made the journey up to Toronto, Ontario in the late morning hours after the Thunder’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans at Chesapeake Energy Arena. While still holding somber hearts after the passing of Ingrid Williams, wife of Thunder assistant coach Monty Williams, Durant and Westbrook will be looking forward to their first opportunity to start together in the 65th All-Star Game on Sunday night.
This is Durant’s seventh All-Star appearance and the fifth of Westbrook’s career, and both of them have been featured front and center in past games.
