While the state of Oklahoma and plenty of people nationwide unhappy about the Oklahoma City Thunder missing the playoffs (raise your hand if you wanted to see more of Russell Westbrook), Seattle has apparently been in a state of rejoice.
Former Seattle SuperSonics star Shawn Kemp co-hosted a party at Seattle live music venue Neumos Thursday night to celebrate the Thunder missing the playoffs.
