It seemed like five-star weak-side defensive end Micah Parsons (Harrisburg, PA / Harrisburg) was headed to Penn State. However, a tweet made by Parsons in the late hours on Sunday announced that the No. 1 WDE in the 2018 class was reopening his recruitment.
