Ohio State Recruiting: Top In-State Prospect Has Buckeyes Among His Top Schools

The top-ranked recruit in the state of Ohio for the 2018 class, five-star athlete Jaelen Gill (Westerville, OH), has the Ohio State Buckeyes very high on his wishlist, but they're not the only school in the running for his services.

“I’d say Ohio State, Michigan State and Tennessee right now are (recruiting me) the hardest,” Gill said, via 247sports. “I don’t have a top right now. I have top choices, I don’t have an order yet, but Ohio State, Michigan State, Tennessee, UCLA, Penn State are definitely high on my list and I’m sure once I visit Michigan they’ll be one of my top schools.”

Gill plans to visit all of those schools in the coming months, hoping to get to UCLA in the spring and everyone else in the summer.

The 6'0", 165-pounder is ranked as the top athlete and No. 19 overall recruit in the 2018 class.
