Ohio State 2017 WR Target Experiences First College Game In Columbus

Our Ohio State football recruiting news update for September 20th:

Top 2017 Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver target Jaylen Harris experienced his first-ever college football game on Saturday in Columbus when Ohio State took on Northern Illinois.

“That was the first college game I’ve actually been to,” Harris said, via 247Sports. “Other than a spring game, that was the first real game I’ve been to.”

Although the Buckeyes barely squeaked out a win against a heavy underdog, Harris came away extremely impressed with "the atmosphere" at The Horseshoe.

“It was great,” he said. “It went real well. The atmosphere was amazing. The fans, the atmosphere, everything was great. I liked everything about it.”

Ranked as the #24 wide receiver in the Class of 2017, Harris currently holds a dozen offers from the likes of Michigan, Michigan State, Tennessee and Alabama.
