Every college student knows the struggle. No, I’m not talking about paying for tuition or books — yet another harsh reality of chasing a college degree. And no, I’m not talking about eating Ramen noodles four to five nights a week.
I’m talking about parking tickets on campus. We’ve all been in situations where you’re late for class or an exam, and you just drop your car off somewhere nearby because you didn’t plan on being that long. I mean, what’s an hour? It’s not like you’re hurting anyone. The sick, twisted individuals roaming around college campuses handing out parking tickets have made “the list” of every college student ever.
