QB questions arise for Ohio after loss

Through the first four games of the season, Greg Windham appeared to solidify the quarterback position for the Ohio Bobcats, but his dwindling performance since the start of conference play has cast doubt over who stands as the Bobcats’ (4-3, 2-1 Mid-American Conference) lead signal caller.

Windham has thrown for just 116 yards per game with one touchdown and two interceptions in Ohio’s last three games, all coming against MAC opponents. Compare those numbers to the season’s first four games, in which Windham averaged 233 passing yards per game and totaled seven touchdowns to just one interception.

While his completion rate has remained steady at around 55 percent, Windham isn’t scrambling like he was to begin the year.
