Brown emerging in crowded Ohio backfield

Dorian Brown’s job wasn’t to wait for an opportunity to present itself.

It was to be prepared when it did.

Brown, Ohio’s junior running back, wasn’t the popular pick to be the Bobcats’ leading rusher after two games. But thanks to injuries in the backfield, Brown has been the go-to option for Ohio’s — so far in 2016 anyway — high-octane ground game.

“I’ve been very happy with him. He had a very strong game against Kansas,” said Ohio Offensive Coordinator, and running backs coach, Tim Albin. “He’s a powerful guy. Got really good vision.
