Ohio University football players Blair Brown and Tarell Basham received official invitations to the 2017 NFL Scout Combine on Wednesday.
Both have accepted, and will take part in the Combine, held Feb. 28 through March 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
Basham and Brown have NFL dreams buoyed by strong senior seasons in 2016.
Basham was a First Team All-Mid-American Conference selection and was named the MAC Defensive Player of the Year. He set single-season and career sack records with the Bobcats last fall. Basham notched 11.5 sacks in 2016, and finished with 29.5 sacks in his career.
