Raiders land four players on PFWA’s All-AFC team

Khalil Mack and Kelechi Osemele, the two Raiders who earned first-team All-Pro honors, were awarded again for their work Monday when they were named to the Professional Football Writers of America’s All-NFL team.

Mack is a repeat selection from last season while it’s the first such honor of Osemele’s career.

Both were also named to the PFWA’s All-AFC team, where they were joined by center Rodney Hudson and left tackle Donald Penn. The Raiders four selections tied them with the Patriots for second in the conference, behind only the Chiefs’ five.

The Raiders were thrust into the conversation with the Dallas Cowboys as owning one of the league’s best offensive lines as soon as they signed Osemele in free agency and the postseason awards help validate that.
