Pass rush compliments secondary in strong defensive outing

The Raiders showed their best pass rush of the preseason on Sunday night, thanks in large part to a monster outing from Khalil Mack and Denico Autry.

A beneficiary of that was the secondary and safety Nate Allen produced a pair of interceptions.

“I thought defensively we flew around,” safety Charles Woodson said. “That’s going to be really the key to our success this year, flying around, getting to the football and being able to harass the passer. Great job by the d-line, they really got after the Cardinals’ offensive line.”

Allen liked the way both aspects of the defense worked together.
