The Raiders will be without their top two tackles when they travel to Baltimore to take on the 3-0 Ravens.
Howard is still ailing with an ankle injury he aggravated after playing 100 percent of the snaps in Week 2. He also missed last Sunday’s game against the Titans.
Watson was injured in the first half (twice) in Tennessee, missing the rest of the game with a calf strain.
That leaves Matt McCants and Vadal Alexander as the right tackles — with the expectation that Alexander gets the call. McCants is officially listed as questionable, however, so that is another situation to monitor.
