Derek Carr on Pro Bowl, Mexico City and Super Bowl 50

SAN FRANCISCO — The Raiders had a heavy presence at last week’s Pro Bowl in Hawaii.

Their core young offensive trio of quarterback Derek Carr, wide receiver Amari Cooper and running back Latavius Murray all participated after getting the call as injury replacements.

Carr, playing on the losing side for Team Rice, finished the game as the leader passing, throwing for 198 yards and a touchdown (along with two interceptions). Murray was on the victorious Team Irvin and was the game’s leading rusher with nine carries for 42 yards.

All have made their treks through Super Bowl’s radio row this week and Carr talked about the experience Friday while making his rounds.
