One of the best episodes of Jon Gruden’s QB Camp was one with Derek Carr before the 2014 NFL draft. Carr answered questions with “Yes, sir” and “No, sir,” spoke confidently of how he felt that he could thread a pass past any NFL cornerback, and showed poise and composure in his workout, impressing a group of receivers that included Santonio Holmes.
