If standout center Rodney Hudson is not ready to return from an aggravated ankle injury, the Oakland Raiders will continue to go with Tony Bergstrom.
Bergstrom, who is getting on-the-job training, has earned the trust of the man he is hiking the ball to, Derek Carr.
“Oh, I love Tony,” Carr said. "I think that he battles. I think that just like Rodney, he cares about me not getting touched or letting his guy hit the ball carrier. I think that he’s very smart. I think that he’s very smart and that’s something that you have to have at center.
