Charles Woodson is coming back home after having signed a year of one year as he returns to the Oakland Raiders last Tuesday. According to reports, the contract is worth $4.3 million along with a signing bonus of $700,000.
As Woodson approached the security gate in his black Suburban, he smiled to a crowd of almost 100 fans who were all there chanting his name. He took the time to sign several autographs and many still drove back the facility just to have a glimpse of the player.
This free agent visit made by Woodson in the venue where he first started his career spread like wildfire over the social media channels. Reports say too that Woodson also received an offer from the Denver Broncos but it was not sufficient to get him to sign the deal. Another team who also showed interest was the New York Giants.
