HOUSTON — Saturday’s starter Kendall Graveman will be making his fourth start for the A’s since his return from the disabled list with a strained right shoulder. After a poor start in San Francisco, the right-hander showed improvement in the next two starts. In his last start, a 9-3 win over Baltimore, he allowed only two runs and one walk with eight strikeouts.
“The last time was good physically,” said Graveman. “For me to go out there and pitch through the seventh, and not have any issues, that was a good sign. It’s not easy coming back from the DL.
