A few months ago I predicted that the 2016 Shamrock Series uniforms would be the worst ones yes, and unfortunately I was right. I for one am excited that there is no Shamrock Series game next season because maybe, just maybe that means Notre Dame and it’s fans won’t be subjected to another atrocious uniform design. The newest Shamrock Series design was unveiled yesterday and I personally think it might be the worst one of them all.
They look like something that the University of South Florida would wear. If it weren’t for the Notre Dame stitched across the uniform top, the interlocking ND on the pants or the “God, Country, Notre Dame” I would assume that it would be a uniform that South Florida would wear.
