National Signing Day 2017 is just around the corner and the newly overhauled Notre Dame coaching staff has been hitting the road and turning over every leaf to fill out this year’s class. Over the last few weeks there’s been a fury of new offers going out as Notre Dame looks to replace recent decommits while adding to a strong core of committed recruits. With just over two weeks to go, we’re taking a look at all the new names and remaining prospects on the board.
