Quinn Carroll makes too much sense for Notre Dame. He’s a 6’6, 290-pound physical offensive lineman, a strong student, has 20 offers as a sophomore, is used to cold weather, has NFL bloodlines, red hair and a very Irish name.
Notre Dame has to sign him up.
I reached out to Carroll on Saturday to talk recruiting. He started by telling me about his family ties to the gridiron.
“I have four older brothers and they all played football so I’ve been involved since day one,” said Carroll. He then spoke about his father, Jay Carroll.
