Alex Neil has told talkSPORT he would not be interested in the Scotland job should it become available.

The Tartan Army have endured a woeful start to their World Cup qualifying campaign under current boss Gordon Strachan.

Strachan has been publicly backed to continue by the Scottish FA, but defeat to Slovenia this weekend could see his reign brought to an end.

Neil, who is out of work having recently left Norwich City, would likely be a leading candidate if Strachan did depart.
