DENTON -- Former North Texas wide receiver Brelan Chancellor felt like he and his teammates were almost invincible when he lined up at Apogee Stadium just a few years ago.
The Mean Green won early and often at home after the venue opened in 2011, leading website Prediction Machine to declare that UNT had the best home-field advantage in college football heading into the 2015 season.
"It was a point of pride to defend Apogee," said Chancellor, whose four-year career at UNT ended in 2013. "You never want someone to come into your house and beat you down.
