NC State basketball picked up a quality player to fill its gap in the backcourt this afternoon:
Rowan has been described in various recruiting write-ups as a ‘sharp-shooter’ or a ‘scoring machine.’
Originally classed as a 2016 prospect, Rowan is already a high school graduate. In June, he de-committed from Pitt and said that he was considering reclassifying to the 2015 class.
Hailing from Center Township, Pennsylvania, Rowan and his family relocated to the Fort Lauderdale area so that he could continue honing his skills against tougher competition. He did just that and landed high on a lot of recruiting rankings.
