Guard Torin Dorn left the Charlotte 49ers program after their coaching change, and he quickly became the target of high-major programs, with good reason: he averaged 12 points per game last season and earned Conference USA Freshman of the Year honors.
NC State is one of the schools with a shot to land him, along with Texas, Miami, and Florida. Per Jeff Goodman, Dorn has a visit to the Hurricanes set up for next week. No doubt the Pack would like to get him on campus in Raleigh before he makes a decision.
