According to NHL.com's Brian Hedger, Toews has already been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers. It will be the fifth straight game he has missed due to injury.
"You've got to be fully recovered and make sure guys are 100 percent before they can play," coach Joel Quenneville said Friday, per Hedger.
