The Broward County State Attorney's Office in South Florida announced Monday that Hall of Fame wide receiver Michael Irvin will not face sexual assault charges stemming from a March allegation, according to Drew Davison of the Star-Telegram.
Per TMZ, a 27-year-old woman filed a police report in March and alleged that Irvin sexually assaulted her at a Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, hotel.
