The Yankees have announced several roster moves on Memorial Day, starting with activating Luis Severino from the DL and optioning him to Triple-A.
In addition, the team has placed Dustin Ackley on the 15-Day DL. To replace him on the roster, Rob Refsnyder will join the club.
Luis Severino’s rehab assignment is over. He’s been optioned to AAA.

The 22-year-old Severino struggled before he was placed on the DL with a right triceps strain.
In his sophomore campaign, the hard-throwing right-hander is 0-6 with an ERA above seven in seven starts.
