Yankees game 99: Offense Erupts for 21 in Texas

New York Yankees 21 – Texas Rangers 5

The Yankees erupted in tonight’s blowout victory.

After Martin Perez retired the Yankees in the first inning, Chris Capuano took the mound in a regrettable spot start. Capuano started the game with a walk. After retiring the next two outs, Capuano lost the strike zone when he walked Prince Fielder to put two on base. Elvis Andrus hit a single to center field and the Rangers were on the board. After the single, Mitch Moreland walked to load the bases.
