Report: Yankees to trade Martin Prado, acquire Nathan Eovaldi, Garrett Jones from Marlins

The New York Yankees and Miami Marlins are close to a deal that would send Yankees infielder Martin Prado to South Beach, per a report by Jack Curry of the YES Network:

According to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, the Yankees would likely also pick up slugger Garrett Jones in the deal while sending pitcher David Phelps to the Sunshine State:

In addition, Joel Sherman of the New York Post says the Yankees will also pick up right-handed pitching prospect Domingo German in the deal:

Prado, 31, is owed $11 million in both 2015 and 2016. He hit .282/.321/.412 in his time with the Arizona Diamondbacks and New York Yankees in 2014, with a majorly-impressive .316/.336/.541 slash line in his 37 games in the Bronx.
