The Yankees will be donating $150K to Pitch In For Baseball in exchange for Alex Rodriguez’s 3000th hit ball.
From NJ.com: The fan who caught A-Rod’s 3,000th hit, [name removed because his 15 minutes of fame were up nearly two weeks ago], will return it to the slugger at a press conference at Yankee Stadium at 5:30 p.m. Friday, according to the team.
